EverySearch - installation

You need Total Commander and Everything (voidtools) already installed, with Everything running
(it can just sit in the background/system tray - it doesn't need its own window open).

1. In Total Commander, double-click wdx_EverySearch_1.0.zip (this file) - or use Configuration >
Options > Plugins > Content Plugins/File System Plugins > "Configure..." > "New..." if
double-click doesn't offer to install it. Click OK through the install prompts. This registers
the WDX (content plugin) side of EverySearch - the only side Total Commander's own installer
format can add automatically in one step.

2. Restart Total Commander once. On that restart, Total Commander loads every enabled content
plugin to read its field names - which gives EverySearch its first chance to run, and it uses
that chance to register its remaining two pieces into wincmd.ini by itself: the file-system (WFX)
side, and the Ctrl+Alt+F shortcut. You do not need to open any plugin dialogs yourself for this
step - just restart Total Commander normally.

3. Press Ctrl+Alt+F in Total Commander. The first press after that restart briefly shows a
"\\\EverySearch" folder flash by before the search box opens on top of it - that's expected.
Every press after that just opens the search box directly.

That's it - no manual entries need to be added to wincmd.ini by hand, and no second plugin dialog
for the file-system side. If Ctrl+Alt+F still does nothing after a restart, check
EverySearch.log (written next to the plugin DLL) for what happened - it logs every step of its own
startup and self-registration.

Ctrl+Alt+F is the default key combination. See readme.md (included in this zip) if you want to use
a different letter - that's a one-line change in EverySearch.cfg, next to the plugin DLL, before the
first restart in step 2. readme.md also covers everything else about using EverySearch and
configuring it.

Changing the hotkey letter LATER, once EverySearch is already up and running, needs one extra step
the first time - restart Total Commander, then press the OLD letter once (not the new one) to load
the update, and the new letter works from then on. See "Changing the hotkey letter later" in
readme.md for the full explanation.
