FTP Monitor for Total Commander 1.1 (beta2) - plugin for Total Commander 5.50 and newer.

Given plugin it is intended for monitoring a status of the remote servers which have been written down in "Total Commander" ftp-list. This plugin also shows rough speed of data exchange with the remote server.

Features:
 - Given plugin takes the information from wcx_ftp.ini a file.
 - Definition of a status can be made by sending only ICMP packets or ICMP and if
necessary check to 21 port accept connections
 - Calculation of speed is carried out for the interval of time specified by the user in "Settings". Small timeout values allow to speed up scanning of the list, big to check up speed on modem connections.
 - FTP server can limit traffic of the user, this speed will not meet with specified in the given plugin.
 - The plug-in at successful attempt of definition of speed stores values in memory before the expiration of a time interval which is underlined in menu Options. It allows to spend less time at updating panels of Total Commander.
 - Also in "Settings" it is possible to specify, that the plug-in did not try to ping the server, taking place in a network behind proxy/firewall servers.
 - Is the beta the version of the program.

Installation:
 1. Unpack archive in a special folder (C:\Totalcmd\Plugins\)
 2. In Total Commander choice Configuration-> Options-> Operation-> FS-Pugins
 3. Will choose "Add"
 4. Pass to that folder where you have unpacked archive and will choose ftpmon.wfx
 5. Click OK. Use a plug-in in "Network Neighborhood"

Use:
 The instruction for Settings
	 - type of scanning: ICMP only - simple scanning (only speed)
ICMP+TCP - for scanning with check on connection
	 - Skip firewalled servers: it is marked, if the server is not accessible in a network directly and it is not necessary to try to ping
	 - Ping timeout: maximum time for the remote server answer on sent packet
 	 - Rescan all after: time, during it the plug-in remembers result of scanning, and after timeout begins ping all of the server anew
	 - servers in wcx_ftp.ini: amount of servers which will be scan

 The instruction on scanning:
In file panel TC it is deduced as names of name FTP servers which are written down in wcx_ftp.ini file. In a field "size" placed rough speed of data interchange with this server, 0 - means, that the server is inaccessible or is behind a firewall server (it is skipped at scanning).
If scanning passed in mode ICMP+TCP, the server which do not accept connection on 21 port, is marked as hidden (attention, the some servers can not respond on ping-packages, thus have an opportunity to accept connections on 21 port, these of the server also are DISPLAYED AS HIDDEN)
