ReloadTC 1.1 final
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Just another Total Commander restarter (why not?). I have written
it to test the function, which I want to add to another program.
But I think it can be useful as standalone util for TC. If it
runs with any error please email me with details. I also
appreciate any advice you have.

                   !!!
Sorry, but on NT4+ it works with only one TC copy running!
                   !!!

ReloadTC features:

0) ReloadTC reads the REAL TC command line and then uses it for
reloading. In case you put some arguments into ReloadTC
commandline, ReloadTC will replace (if already exists) or just
add them into the new command line for reloading TC.

For example: if TC commandline is

/i="c:\some foder\wincmd.ini" /f=c:\wcx_ftp.ini

and ReloadTC commandline is

/f=d:\new_ftp.ini /L=:\Downloads /w=1000

then TC will be reloaded using the commandline below

/i="c:\some foder\wincmd.ini" /f=d:\new_ftp.ini /L=:\Downloads /w=1000

1) operates just with TC copy from which ReloadTC itself was
called (if any)

2) special command line parameter for ReloadTC - /w=xxxx, where
xxxx is numeric value for number of milliseconds (by default 300)
on which the start of TC will be delayed (for example
'ReloadTC.exe /w=700'). You can combine this parameter with any
other parameters

3) when TC stops unloading with confirmation window, one has
approximately 7 sec for choosing. If you'll decide to close TC
during this period, the reloading will be continued.

Also I recommend you to test my another utility:

  Registry Trash Keys Finder v.3.5.3
     (status: freeware/donationware)

The main function of RTKF is to allow the removal of unnecessary
keys from the Windows Registry. Many programs leave keys in the
registry, even after program removal using an uninstallation
facility provided with the program itself. RTKF allows you to
decide whether to delete or leave the keys found. An additional
effect (It may be the main aim of some users) of removal of these
keys is the "revival" of some programs' trial versions after the
initial trial period has expired.
