this part is designed for all levels
of users experience from the early beginners

To create your own migration package you will
need to create description of all settings
you want to save to the package and put this
description in certain format into yourPack.tci file
This part is designed for experienced users
     and pro's only!
Once you have created yourPack.tci file, execute it
to create yourPack.tcm package. Or if you want
to have self-extracting package you can use switch -se,
     like this: yourPack.tci -se
