Разрядность "проблемного" TC и 32 и 64 - обе 2 версии из 8.51a и проблема одна.

Не вижу чтобы этот параметр был как то связан с копированием файлов. Я в любом случае редактор (блокнот обычный) закрываю при копировании. Ставил варианты - не помогает.

А как log файл сохранить?
В c:\Temp\ есть такие FTP4042.tmp
там
