This time there are mostly bug fixes, but also some additions.

The most important are:

Load Network Neighborhood in background thread, so plugins can be accessed more quickly, especially on Vista.

Separate tree: Also load initial root view of tree in the background, to speed up starting of Total Commander

Files - Split File: Remember user-defined split sizes (max 20)
