I tried your file. Because zip, torrent loose it's name on my system (rar is better choice for packing files with unicode names), and I assumed that name of zip itself the same as torrent's. Anyway, I can't get crash on this. Probably the reason is something else or elsewhere.

Second name is the same as on your system?

Also, it's need to know your TC version.

Так и думал, что будут косяки с иероглифами. В общем, он предположил что дело в имени. Но файл выслал в зипе, и юникодное имя потерялось. Взял имя самого архива, но и это ничего не дало, падение повторить на его файле не могу.
