Добрый вечер.
Есть ли способ назначать комментарий к файлу, который будет оставаться даже после удаления самого файла?
Например, удалить - восстановить, в репозитории.

Я опробовал descript.ion, NTFS Descriptions.

Для descript.ion — на странице настроек "Основные операции" отключить опцию "Копировать комментарии с файлами".
И, пожалуйста, не надо прицеплять к заголовкам всех своих тем подряд знаки вопроса. Излишества здесь и ранее убраны.
