есть ли возможность при создании папок чтоб предоставлялось контектнное меню например как в far-e? ну и чтоб тотал конечно хранил историю имен папок.

Историю он же хранит.
Смотри выпад. список справа от поля ввода в версии 7.0.

дык 7.0!!! Sad у меня 6,51 боюсь я на 7.0 переходить, привык сильно к своему. а в 6.51 может где чего поправить?

Configuration->Options->Operation->Save on exit->History
Также удали секции [LeftHistory] и [RightHistory] из wincmd.ini.
