I also noticed this on the day System Events Ex update came out 2 days ago - I'm not sure what would a proper solution be for this, as none of the files have been changed by the author (as you also noticed), except the language ones - so I can't add a new checksum entry to the DB to fix it. Do you have any ideas for a solution?

Currently for such cases there is the option in TU to right click in the list and choose "Marked items" -> "Confirm updatable items as latest..." (RU: Отмеченные пункты... -> Указать для отмеченных пунктов новейшие версии...), with which its checksum value is going to be saved locally into the "TotalUpdater.ini" file, so it won't interfere with the one in the public database.

Edit:
Solution (partial): from the next version I'm going to write the checksum value of the currently updated item to "TotalUpdater.ini" file's "OverridePlugVer" section in case the plugin has been updated successfully (all the file became overwritten), but its version still remained the same - so there won't be similar issues if a person uses the internal updater function of TU.
