Есть возможность забиндить плагин файловой системы (конкретнее - WinCE) на комбинацию клавиш?

Как сделать: открываешь сетевое окружение со списком файловых плагинов и перетаскиваешь папку нужного плагина мышкой прям на панель. На панели появится новая кнопка.

Ну, отсюда и до хоткея не далеко. Создать новую команду с параметрами, как у получившейся кнопки (Инструменты -> Список команд TC, категория - usercmd.ini -> Новая) и назначить горячую клавишу (Конфигурация -> Настройка -> Разное). Выбрать сочетание клавиш и только что созданную команду
