Этот проект имеет 2 направления:
1. как я понял, официальное на Google Code, автор Scythal
2. тот, на который ты дал ссылку, автор Shotgunfool
Какой выкладывать? Или оба? Плагины одинаковы по размеру, но crc32 отличается; функционал проверить не могу из-за отсутствия айфона/айпода...

Думаю, можно оба положить в 1 архив. Правда, как написать в .inf
