Те, кому надоело каждый раз ручками править панель, и кто имеет на компьютере программу 1С, могут скачать данную обработку 1С:

Позволяет редактировать кнопки в панели инструментов, удалять и добавлять новые, менять их местами. В итоговом файле нет глюков (типа встречающихся двойных линий или пустых отрезков).
