RAF packer 1.2
Описание
Version 1.2 release 2014-01-03A plugin for browsing RAF files from League of Legends by Riot Games.
Currently supports browsing, unpacking and searching in .raf-files, as well as support for modifying and creating new archives.
Modified and created archives have not been tested with League of Legends, so making a backup of the .raf- and .raf.dat-files is recommended.
If you have any suggestions or want to rant, basically any form of feedback, contact me at tcmd_raf_wcx@LeMoine.nu with "tcmd_raf_wcx" in the subject line.

It turned out that I am somewhat retarded and accidentally added an extra / to files packed with the plugin. Fixed that, and have now actually tested the plugin with League myself.
Enjoy my Pro Haxxor custom Nami skin as proof :D http://i.imgur.com/RlF42EE.jpg
