Скажите пожалуйста как правильно написать эту строку "Plugins\arc\Rar.exe -m0 -s" что бы при архивации файл разбивался на части например на 300мб

А как скрыть окно архивации которое открывается для каждого файла?

За это отвечает ключ -ibck, при условии что архивирование производится через WinRAR.exe, а не консольную версию

Использовать Hidcon от Гречкина или минималистичную версию от Щербакова.
